Water Softener Salt

Hague carries several different types of salt in convenient 40 lb. bags. We also offer Home Salt Delivery!

The blue bags are solar salt.  It is considered a crystal and resembles the shape of rock salt but is much cleaner.  We recommend this salt where there is very little or no iron.
We also carry cube salt called Dura Cube.  It is in the white bag with a blue label.  This is an ultra clean salt.  Use this type of salt when your iron is under 2.0 ppm.

Additionally, we carry Red Out Dura Cube.  It is in the white bag with a maroon label.  It is our best seller.  This is recommended when iron is greater than 2 ppm.  It does an amazing job keeping the resin bed as clean as possible.

Another unique service Hague of West Liberty offers is 24 hour salt drive through pick up.  We are always pleased to load your salt for you during normal business hours.  After 4:30 PM and weekends, please stop in any time for self service on all the salts mentioned above.
